Monthly Prizes
Each month, we will have a drawing for the monthly prize (Ipod, Iphone, Blackberry, netbook, or flat screen monitors just to name a few options). To be eligible for the drawings, members need to accumulate points. One point equals one chance. To earn points, a person can sign up to be a member (one point for signing up), members can post questions, respond to questions (one earned point per thread regardless of the responses within the thread), submit a new IT solution (and be approved to be added on our list), post a review on an IT solution, or refer someone who signs up to be a member (one point for the referring member and one point for the person signing up). At the end of the month, each point will be converted to a chance for the drawing. The more points, the better the chance to win the prize. So, at the beginning of each month, all members start from scratch and have the same chances to earn as many points as they can.
WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF RESTRUCTURING THE MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWING. AS OF JANUARY 3, 2010, DRAWING WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE NEW PRIZE STRUCTURE IS ESTABLISHED. THE NEXT DRAWING WILL BE AROUND JANUARY OR FEBRUARY 2012. YOU CAN STILL CONTINUE ACCUMULATING POINTS DURING THIS PERIOD, AND ALL POINTS EARNED WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE NEXT DRAWING. PLEASE KEEP CHECKING HERE FOR UPDATES.
